St. Peter Realife is a 30-unit co-op housing. It is an alternative living opportunity for persons age 62 and better, that are looking for relief from the tasks of traditional home ownership. With the purchase of a Realife membership, you are entitled to lease a unit of the building, unique in design and with your own personal touches. You will have access to a small storage area within the building and the building's many common areas. A great room with a kitchen is available for members at no additional cost. Garage spaces are limited, but available at a rate of $40/month. A guest room is available for a nominal cost as well.
